Well, as the year winds down we see the leaves falling, the great colors and the wonderful weather God gives us we are reminded that each year has seasons. Some days are cold, some are hot, and others are just right. This is the same way it can be with a ministry. There are good days, bad days, and days that just seem strange. We have to take them all in because just like we handle weather we handle changes in everyday life.
We are beginning to settle in to the new path that God has set before us and take the rain with the sunshine. Whatever He sends our way, we will trust Him.
Today we got a little "sunshine" in our spiritual lives. Sunday morning found us all at the Cambria Baptist Church in Etowah, TN. We enjoy seeing these great people, and the spirit that is felt in every service we have been a part of. After some good ol' Southern Gospel Singing by the 2x2 Quartet we enjoyed a message from the pastor. ALWAYS good to be fed ourselves. Hey we need preaching just like everyone else....Thank you all for the great hospitality and for the upcoming dates when we will return.
This evening, we were able to spend the 6:00 worship service with the folks at Victory Faith Church in Cleveland, TN. When we say worship Service, we mean WORSHIP SERVICE!!!!
These folks go to church in one service the way most folks WISH they did in a month. We appreciate the welcome, the help, and the spirit that we felt during the service this evening. ALWAYS good when folks come to church to just see what God might do...and not get in His way when he does. Amen!!
OHHH, we cannot stop writing without mentioning the return of Mario!!! Joe has been busy and had to work for about 3 weeks, but was able to be in the service and doing his job again!!!
Welcome back Joe...WE MISSED YA!!!!! you are a blessing to us ALL.
Till Next time,
2x2 Quartet
