Sunday June 14th, 2009
Sunday morning we had the privelege to minister at New Liberty Baptist Church , in Birchwood, TN. What a wonderful welcome Pastor James and his congregation extended to us. We sang and ministered to these folks and oh what love we felt from the Savior and the members of New Liberty.
We were concerned that we were not going to be able to be there because Jeff spent most of Saturday night in the ER with a kidney stone attack. We could tell he was in terrible pain even after taking pain medication. What determination to serve our wonderful Savior! Please pray for Jeff as he will have the stone removed Tuesday! We sure love Jeff and admire his courage in the Lord!
Sunday evening we were at Ooltewah Church of God. in Ooltewah, TN. Jeff was still in pain and heavily medicated, but after 3 to 4 songs the anointing came on Jeff and us all, and we went to meeting! I am still getting Jesus measles just thinking about how God moved in that service! What a powerful time of praise and worship! Who says you can't praise God with Southern Gospel music? Whoever said that is dead wrong , cause 2x2 , the Pastor and the whole congregation was praising God at the top of their voices! Hallelujah!!!
