New Friends & Family Reunions

The 2x2 Quartet never ceases to be amazed at the new friends and the new places that God sends our way. We are very thankful for the doors that are opened, and the new friends that we encounter and become part of our lives. We are also thankful for those who have supported us throughout our ministry and who continue to stand behind us every time we go out.
This weekend we sang for the first time at the East Ridge Community Church "Friday Night Fellowship." We have sang these types of singings before and really enjoyed ourselves but this one turned out to be a special night. We made many many new friends and the spirit of the Lord was truly felt in the place. We really appreciated the hospitality and the fellowship we enjoyed. We look forward to going back there very soon.
Sunday morning we had the privilege of singing at Jon's home church, The Providence Baptist Church in Ooltewah, TN. The place was full and after a great blessing of being led in prayer to start the service by the kids of the church, we sang and brought the 2x2 style of Gospel music and testifying to the service. Of course, the Lord led and we just did our best to obey what He had in store. The altars filled during the altar call and we just hope everyone left as blessed as we were. Thanks to them for the great breakfast and fellowship that we enjoyed. We feel that we made many many new friends and look forward to being in service with the folks there again very soon.
Sunday night we were in service with our good friend Butch Hullander and the congregation of the New Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church. It is always a blessing to be in service with the folks there because we ALWAYS, and we mean ALWAYS eat after the service. There's no way we will turn that down EVER. Brother Butch and the congregation are always so very kind and many of Jeff's family are in attendance every time we are there so its a reunion of sorts for him. The spirit of the Lord is always felt when we are in servive there and we thank you all for having us back. We will see you all again very soon.

Till next week,
God Bless you all.
